Giftershire Shipping Policy

At Giftershire, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your gift cards. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All digital gift card orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Physical gift card orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Digital Gift Cards: Sent via email to the recipient’s email address immediately upon order completion or on a scheduled date.

  • Physical Gift Cards: Delivered via standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is free for all physical gift card orders within the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently only offer shipping of physical gift cards to select international locations. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your physical gift card order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Digital gift card delivery confirmations will be sent to the purchaser’s email upon completion.

6. Shipping Delays

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier issues, we will notify you via email. Giftershire is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Giftershire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your physical gift card is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@giftershire.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
